The Trust Division of the Kansas Bankers Association, comprised of your
fellow professional colleagues and friends, provides the following benefits
to its members:

the annual MOKAN Trust & Financial Services Conference in Kansas City.
This nationally recognized conference assists members in keeping abreast of
current legislative, regulatory and informative issues that affect trust
businesses.

Hosts
the KANSAS
TRUST CONFERENCE each fall solely devoted to Kansas trust institutions.
Emphasis is on issues important to management and also includes sessions
devoted to operations and other trust areas.

Informs
membership of
regulatory changes and plays an active role in interpreting and negotiating
new laws.

Maintains a website
that provides valuable
information.
·
Provides
a List Serve
through the KBATrust.com website for ease in obtaining answers to
trust questions from your peers.

Offers
scholarships
to member institutions for their staff to attend Schools of Banking.
Scholarships are awarded by lottery of all trust division members.

Offers
opportunities for networking
at various seminars, conventions and meetings. Members are in touch with
others in the same and related fields that are able to assist and work with
each other.

Provides
opportunities for fulfilling CLE and CTFA credits, including the ethics
requirement.
Hours can be accrued by participation in the MOKAN and KANSAS TRUST
CONFERENCES.
